My own health journey began more than 20 years ago with the diagnosis of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, then came Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism. I have been able to make the connection between my own health in relationship to stress, food and physical activity. As an Integrative Health Coach, I look to work with individuals or groups on identifying what may be out of balance in your life – relationships, career, fitness, spirituality, food, etc. Just like I was able to do for me.
With Jen’s help, I was able to trim the fat from my body and my life. Jen takes a total life approach to health. She has great information. She is a great support whenever you need her. She knows that spirit, mind and body all need to be at their best to reach your goals. Anyone and everyone – whatever you goals, even in you are unsure what they are right now, she can get you there.
